The Wisconsin Batterers Treatment Provider Association (WBTPA) is designed to provide intervention services to the citizens in the County of Milwaukee and neighboring counties. Wiser Choices programs are non-sectarian and recognizes the need to address male violence against women, in general, and men's history of domestic violence, specifically. In addition, the programs recognizes the need to address female violence against men, especially resistive, reactive, and coercive violence.
