The WBTPA was formed in 2000 as an agency of End Abuse WI, to oversee the ongoing development and implementation of Wisconsin’s State Standards for Male Batterers and Domestic Violence Offenders. These standards were developed in collaboration between the membership of the WBTPA and the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. We were endorsed by the Wisconsin Governor’s Council on Domestic Abuse in 2007. Now we include all Wisconsin citizens needing Batterers Intervention Programs and Domestic Violence Intervention and Prevention Services. We welcome all agencies providing these services for CERTIFICATION. We deliver valued and needed services to All Wisconsin communities, citizens, and organizations, including LGBTQI, WOMEN, AND YOUNG ADULTS.
